Potatoes Lyonnaise
Ingredients
1/2 onion
4 medium sized Yukon Gold potato
1 medium wedge cambozola cheese
Directions
1.Blanch potatoes till tender but not too soft.
2.Cut onion into julienne strips and place on aluminum foil as a bed and barrier for other foods.
3.Thickly slice potatoes and place over onions.
4.Cut cheese into cubes and place over potatoes.
5.Double wrap with foil and bake on grill for 15 to 20 minutes on medium-high heat.
