Grilled Potatoes With Parmesan And Herbs
Ingredients
2 lb. small red potato
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup green onion, sliced, thinly
2 tbsp Italian parsley, finely, chopped
2 garlic, cloves, minced
2 tsp fresh oregano, finely, chopped
Directions
1.Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and cool. Cut potatoes in half and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
2.Grill potatoes until golden and transfer to bowl.
3.Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat
