Spicy Potato Sticks
Ingredients
2 potato
1 egg
1 tbsp sambal, olek
2 tbsp flour
Directions
1.Peel the potatoes and puree them in a food processor. Add the egg and the sambal olek. Bind the mixture together with a small amount of flour until it is slightly more liquid than mashed potato consistency.
2.Pipe the potato mix onto a greaseproof paper-lined baking sheet into long lines. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crispy. Remove the potatoes from the oven and set aside to cook for a few minutes. Snap them into 4 centimetre lengths
