Old MacDonald's Potato Box Recipes 

Turmeric Potatoes

Ingredients

4 lb. new potato, quartered
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
2 tbsp turmeric
salt and pepper

Directions

1.While potatoes are cooking, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, chives, turmeric, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
2.Place potatoes in a large pot of cold, salted water. Bring to a boil and simmer 6 minutes, or until tender but still firm ( they will finish cooking on bbq.) When cool enough to handle, remove skin from potatoes.
3.Place potatoes in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for one hour, turning occasionally.
4.Preheat grill to medium high. Grill for 8 minutes, or until golden and heated through. Serve with pine planked pickerel
