Curry Ketchup for Fries
Ingredients
1/2 small Vidalia or other sweet onion, coarsely chopped
1 cup ketchup
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
Directions
In food processor or blender, process onion until finely chopped, pulsing on and off. Add ketchup and curry powder; process until well blended. Place in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with fries or potato wedges.Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Serving Size equals 2 tablespoons.
