Caramelised Onions
Ingredients
1 teaspoon olive oil
2-3 onions, finely sliced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions
1.Place in a saucepan, put the lid on and cook over very gentle heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring often.
2.Serve with grilled meats or use on top of whole baked potatoes instead of butter or sour cream
