Herb And Onion Stuffed Potatoes
Ingredients
4 medium potato
1 red onion, sliced into small wedges
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
4 pat butter
4 pinch salt
4 pinch pepper

Herb And Onion Stuffed Potatoes
1.Blanche potatoes until they are soft enough to cut with ease.
2.Slice each potatoes into small discs without cutting through the potato.
3.Place wedge of onion in opening in each potato.
4.Place on foil, sprinkle salt and pepper and basil over each potato, and top each with a pat of butter.
5.Wrap tightly, and bake on grill for approximately 10 minutes.
