Old MacDonald's Potato Box Recipes 

Chili Cheddar Topping

Ingredients

1 medium chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp chili powder
¼ tsp thyme
1 tsp marjoram
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Sauté onion, green pepper and garlic in butter for 5 minutes; add ground beef and cook another 5 minutes. Drain excess fat. Stir in chilli powder, thyme and marjoram. Cook 3 minutes. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, and cayenne pepper seasoning. Cover and simmer until cooked through. Serve over baked potatoes; sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
