Old MacDonald's Potato Box Recipes 

Potato Dauphinoise

Ingredients

1 large potato, peeled & finely sliced on a mandolin
110ml/4fl oz double cream
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

1. Place the cream, garlic and plenty of salt and pepper into a saucepan and bring to just below the boil.
2. Add the sliced potato and mix well. Cook over a gentle heat for 15-20 minutes adding a splash of water every 2-3 minutes to prevent the mixture from splitting.
3. When potatoes are soft, check seasoning and transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Eat at once.
