Lebanese Potato with Herbs

Ingredients

4-5 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
small oil for frying
2 tsp garlic, crushed
2.5g/½ tsp salt
2 tsp fresh coriander, chopped

Directions

1. Fry the potatoes in oil till crisp then drain. Return to the pan.
2. On a medium heat add the garlic and fry, then add the salt and finally sprinkle coriander on top. Stir for a few seconds and serve.
