Potato Salad IV

Ingredients

tiny new potatoes
fine beans
selection of salad leaves
olive oil

Directions

1. Boil the potatoes and beans and allow to cool until lukewarm. 2. Add the potatoes and beans to the salad leaves and season.3. Toss in a spoon of olive oil to glaze.
