Clapshot with Spinach
Ingredients
potatoes
swede or turnip
chives
stove dripping, or meat juices and gravy
spinach
Directions
1. Cook equal quantities of potato and turnip and mash well together.
2. Add the chives and some stove dripping and gravy, season to taste.
3. Serve on a bed of washed and cooked spinach (cooked with no extra water).
