Old MacDonald's Potato Box Recipes 

Camembert and Rosemary Potato Wedges

Ingredients

300g/10½oz new potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 shallot, peeled and finely chopped
1 tbsp rosemary leaves
125g/4oz camembert cheese
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

1. Put the potatoes and water in a microwave proof bowl. Season.2. Cover with cling film and pierce 4-5 times. Microwave on HIGH for 6-7 minutes.3. In a medium sauté pan heat the oil.4. Pan-fry the potatoes, onion and rosemary for 3-5 minutes until golden and cooked through.5. Scatter cheese over the top, allow to melt and serve
