Sautéed Potatoes with Blue Cheese
Ingredients
200g/7oz baby new potatoes, quartered
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
110g/4oz forme d'ambert cheese, cubed
Directions
1. Heat the olive oil in a medium sauté pan.2. Stir in the potatoes and chili powder.3. Sauté the potatoes for 12 minutes.4. Stir in the cheese then serve.
