Potato Galette
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 potato, peeled and thinly sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat a small ovenproof frying pan and preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5.2. Heat the oil in the frying pan.3. Layer the potato slices in the base of the frying pan. The slices should overlap and cover the base entirely. Season.4. Fry the potato galette for a few minutes before transferring the frying pan to oven. Bake for 6 minutes.
