Baby Potatoes with Fennel

Ingredients

310g/11oz baby salad potatoes
3 tbsp oil
¼ tsp fennel seeds (or ½ tsp sugar (if preferred)
¼ tsp salt
pinch of garam masala
¼ tsp chili powder

Directions

1. Par-boil the potatoes for 7-8 minutes, then drain them. 2. Leave them to cool. 3. In a frying pan heat the oil, add the spices and mix for 1 minute. 4. Tip in the potatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
