Potato Cheese Dumplings
Ingredients
3 lbs potatoes, mashed (8 or 9 medium potatoes)
¼ cup butter
3 tbsp milk
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¾ cup grated cheddar cheese
paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 375º F. Combine potatoes, butter, milk, salt and pepper. Form into balls. Roll in grated cheese. Bake in a well - buttered pan or casserole dish for about 20 minutes.
