Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
8 lg. potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 chopped green onions
1 pt. sour cream
1 can fried onion rings
Directions
Boil potatoes with skins on until just tender. Cool, peel and shred. Blend all ingredients and put in a buttered 13"x9" baking dish. Top with onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly. Enjoy. Serves 6 to 8.
