Three Cheese Scaloped Potatoes
Ingredients
6 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced very thin
2 med. onions, sliced thin
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese (reserve a little)
1/4 lb. pasteurized yellow cheese (American), sliced
1 c. chicken bouillon (liquid)
Salt and pepper
Directions
In a large greased casserole, place a layer of potatoes, then of onions, then some of each of the cheeses. Season well with salt and pepper. Repeat layers of ingredients until all are used up. Pour bouillon over the top.
Sprinkle on some of the reserved Parmesan; cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until the potatoes are very tender. NOTE: You may cut this recipe in half, too. Serves 6 to 8.
