Hot Potato Salad
Ingredients
8-9 cooked potatoes
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. whipping cream, not whipped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3-4 dashes nutmeg and pepper
Paprika
Directions
Heat cheese, cream, milk and dry mustard until cheese melts. Pour over potatoes which have been placed in baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Cool; put in refrigerator for 24 hours. Let stand out of refrigerator for 1 hour before baking. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
