Potato Puffs
Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, cut up
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg
1/4 cup flour
oil (for frying)
Directions
1.Cover potatoes with water and cook until tender.
2.Mash with butter.
3.Add salt, garlic powder, egg, and flour, mix well.
4.Toss onto a well floured surface.
5.Make into small balls, about 1-1/2 inch.
6.Heat oil to 375*.
7.Drop potato balls into hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
8.May do this in batches; keep warm in oven.
