Smoked Gouda Mashed potatoes
Ingredients
6 cups cubed peeled baking potatoes (about 1 1/2lbs)
2/3 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese (3 oz)
Directions
1.Place potatoes in a saucepan; cover with water.
2.Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
3.Drain.
4.Return potatoes to pan; add milk, salt and pepper.
5.Mash with potato masher.
6.Stir in the cheese.
7.Serve and enjoy.
