Roasted Red Potatoes with Dill
Ingredients
2 pounds small whole red skin potatoes, halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoondill weed
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss potatoes and olive oil in large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat evenly. Spread potatoes in shallow baking pan.
3. Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
