Garlic Mashed New Potatoes

Ingredients

2 pounds red potatoes, quartered of baby red potatoes, halved
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 teaspoons Angus Lane Steak Seasoning
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder with Parsley
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions

1. Place potatoes in 4-quart saucepan; cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
2. Drain potatoes. Return potatoes to saucepan on low heat. Add Parmesan cheese, Steak Seasoning and garlic powder. Mash potatoes, gradually adding milk, butter and sour cream. Mix until potatoes are fluffy.

3. Serve immediately. Or, spoon into lightly buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish; cover with foil. Keep warm in a 250°F oven until ready to serve (up to 1 hour).
