Grill Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
4 baking potatoes, washed
4 Tbs. melted margarine or olive oil
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Directions
1. Pierce each potato at least 4 times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
2. Rub each potato with the melted margarine and season generously with salt and pepper.
3. Place the potatoes on the grill away from the heat. Cover the grill and allow them to roast 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
4. Serve with butter, sour cream, chopped chives, grated cheese and bacon bits.
