Creamed Peas and Potatoes

Ingredients

10-12 Red or Yellow baby potatoes - cube if desired
2 Tblsp. Butter
2 Tblsp. Flour
2 cups milk
½ cup raw or frozen green peas
fresh or dried parsley

Directions

Boil potatoes until tender, adding peas for last few minutes of
cooking: drain. Combine flour with small amount of milk and stir
until smooth. Pour remaining milk over cooked potatoes; add butter and heat until hot. Stir in flour and milk to thicken.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into serving dish and
sprinkle with parsley.
