Baby Yellow Potatoes with Fresh Cream and Dill

Ingredients

1 lb. (450g) baby yellow potatoes, halved/quartered
1 cup (250 mL) cream
2 tsp. (100 mL) fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil potatoes for 15-20 minutes. In a sauce pan heat the cream and dill, stirring constantly, until bubbles appear. Reduce heat and simmer. Add salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes.
