Mash
Ingredients
8 large potato, peeled, and, cut into chunks
1/2 pt single cream
3 good knobs of butter
salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 pinch nutmeg, (optional)
Directions
1.Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
2.Drain and mash until smooth. Add the cream, butter, seasoning and nutmeg and mix well into your lovely mashed potato.
