Creamy Potatoes with Paprika Onions

Ingredients

2 large Russet Potatoes
2 large white onions
1/4 cup of butter... cut in small slices
salt and pepper
2 Tbspns Paprika

Directions

Peel potaotes and onions.. slice potatoes in thin slices as well as onions in thin slices. Place an onion slice in between the slices of potato. Put a piece of butter in each slice..
Arrange on a piece of parchment paper and then aluminum foil... wrap tightly.

Put on hot grill ... and turn every ten minutes.. it takes 40 minutes. Unwrap and serve with steaks..
