The Steakhouse Potato
Ingredients
2 large baking potatoes
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning
Sea Salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Microwave potatoes on High 7 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through cooking time. Remove potatoes and set aside to cool, about 15 minutes.
3. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato flesh into medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch edge to form shell. Set shells aside. Add cheese, milk, butter, steak seasoning, and sea salt, if desired, to cooked potato. Mash with potato masher.
4. Fill shells evenly with seasoned potato mixture. Place stuffed potato halves on baking sheet and bake 20 minutes or until slightly browned. Garnish with additional steak seasoning, if desired.
