Cajun Spice Potatoes
Ingredients
4 Yukon Gold potato
olive oil
cajun spice powder
Directions
1.Pre-blanch potatoes to cooked but firm consistency.
2.Cool and cut into 1/2 inch to inch slices, leaving skin on.
3.Lay flat in a large preparation pan or cookie sheet and drizzle oil over slices.
4.Rub oil on to coat.
5.Sprinkle on liberal amounts of Cajun spice.
6.Turn slices over and repeat process.
7.Lay on preheated grill at medium high heat for about 3 to 5 minutes, turning often.
