Broccoli, Potatoes and Onions, East Indian Style

Ingredients

3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated
1 onion, cut into thin wedges
2 potato, cooked, and, cut into wedges
1 head broccoli, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 handful cilantro, chopped

Directions

Broccoli, Potatoes and Onions, East Indian Style
1.Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the mustard seeds and ginger and cook until the mustard seeds start to pop. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes, broccoli, peppers and salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. Top with cilantro and serve.
