Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
4 baking potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Fresh Rosemary , chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9x2-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Cut each potato into 12 wedges. Place in pan, toss with remaining ingredients. Spread potatoes in single layer.
3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
