Onion Roasted Potato Wedges
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds (about 4) medium all-purpose potatoes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package Onion Gravy Mix
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut potatoes into wedges.
2. Pour oil into a foil-lined shallow baking pan. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Sprinkle gravy mix and Italian seasoning over potatoes, toss to coat; spread in single layer.
3. Bake 10-12 minutes. Stir potatoes, bake additional 12-15 minutes or until done.
