Barbecued Lyonnaise Potatoes
Ingredients
ΒΌ cup light olive oil
4 large potatoes, sliced and boiled until just tender
2 onions, sliced thinly
Directions
Heat the olive oil on a BBQ plate until hot then barbecue the potatoes and onions, turning until crispy and golden brown.
Serve with other vegetables as an accompaniment to grilled or roast meat dishes.
