Salsa
Ingredients
28 ounces [796 mL] canned whole tomatoes, peeled
8 ounces [250 mL] canned tomato sauce
1 onion, minced
1/3 cup [80 mL] green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup [80 mL] green chilies
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon [15 mL] coriander
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] cumin
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] pepper
Directions
Drain tomatoes; reserve juice.
Cut tomatoes unto small pieces.
Place in a bowl.
Add reserved juice and remaining ingredients.
Keep in refrigerator.
