Potato Soup
Ingredients
8 Potatoes -- cut in cubes
1 Onion -- cut in cubes
4 Mushrooms -- cut in strips
1 quart milk
1 dash pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon basil
2 teaspoons butter
Directions
Cut up potatoes, onions and mushrooms. Boil until potatoes are soft. Dump excess water. Add milk, butter and spices. Cook for an additional five minutes or so.
