Roasted Potatoes Finished With Sea Salt

Ingredients

4 medium potato
2 tbsp best available olive oil
1 tsp sea salt or 1 tsp any other salt

Directions

1.Bake potatoes for 1 hour at 400°F.
2.Remove potatoes from oven, split open, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt
